Millets are a fair source of protein, which is highly digestible and is an excellent source of dietary fibre with good amounts of soluble and insoluble fractions. The carbohydrate content is low and slowly digestible.

INGREDIENTS
Green Mung daal, Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Proso Millet, Sorghum and Spices
HOW TO USE
Take a pan or a pressure cooker. Add a pinch of ghee. Add the khichdi mix one part and water three parts. Let the same cook for 10-15 mins and till four whistles in a cooker. Adjust Salt. Serve Hot. Add vegetable of your choice for added nutrition. Store in a cool dry place. Best before 6 months of packaging. Please note that Organic staples have low shelf life.
