Gravy �\tCook the chicken in small amount of water with salt and 2 � tsp of Chicken Pepper Fry Masala. �\tHeat oil in a pan and saut� sliced onion, chopped ginger, sliced green chilli, sliced garlic and curry leaves till brown. �\tAdd the cooked chicken and add 1 � teaspoon of Chicken Pepper Fry Masala and cook till done. �\tGarnish with crushed pepper and Coriander Leaves. Dry Fry �\tMake a fine paste of Chicken Pepper Fry Masala �\tAdd egg if required. �\tApply the paste all over the dressed chicken pieces evenly �\tMarinate this for 30 minutes. �\tHeat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn to dark brown. �\tRemove from the fire and serve hot.
