Kerala Fish Curry is a traditional Malabar dish and is a spicy curry. Make it at home with Fish Curry Mix Kerala style with and without coconut. We use earthenware or clay pan to make this as it gives more taste and flavour. We cook fish in spicy gravy which contains Tamarind as the main ingredients. This provides the spicy sour taste. We can use any fresh fish varieties to prepare this curry. Serve this fantastic fish curry with a plateful of hot rice. And, it is an all season accompaniment. �\tHeat oil in a vessel (preferably an earthen one). �\tSplutter the mustard seeds and saute ginger, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Add Avadata Organics Fish Curry Mix and stir well. �\tPut the fish pieces into this, along with cambodge water and salt. �\tCook on a low flame till done.
