Cardamom pods will be ready for harvest only after three years from planting. Our famers meticulous harvest the cardamom pods by hand picking them and then sun dry. Once dry, they are sorted & packed. Cardamom seeds or pods are sometimes chewed to refresh the breath & as a digestive aid. It is best to store cardamom as whole pods in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
