HOW TO USE

BREWING INSTRUCTION

1. Place 2-2.5 gm loose tea leaf/ one tea bag in a dry pot.

2. Pour boiling water (180 ml) over the tea.

3. Steep for 10 mins.

4. Strain out into a cup & drink hot.

Do’s : Drink 3 Cups of this tea after breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Don’t’s : Do not drink the tea on empty stomach. Not suitable for pregnant & lactating women. For best result consume for minimum two months. Can be consumed with or without milk. Add honey sugar & Sweetner as per taste.
