ALL ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Using crop rotation practices we always grow mustard (sarson) after a crop of legumes. This ensures rich nitrogen content in soil as legumes do what is called nitrogen fixation. They enrich the soil with nitrogen and then when we grow mustard we do not need to apply any chemical fertilizers like urea, which are basically used to provide nitrogen to the crop. Since mustard is a very handy crop it does not attract pests or insects and therefore, there is no need to apply pesticide or insecticide.

INGREDIENTS
Organic mustard seeds
HOW TO USE
Tadka or tempering is a Indian cooking method in which cooking oil is heated until very hot and whole spices are added to it and fried. This oil and spice mix is then added as a final touch or garnish to the dish. Mustard seeds work equally well to kick up the flavor of mild ingredients such as potatoes, legumes, chicken and seafood. Add it to the dressing for potato, cucumber or chicken salad. Use it in rubs, marinades and sauces, and include it in curries and bean dishes. The product has shelf life of 12 months .Store in cool and dry place. Keep the pack sealed when not in use or switch to an air tight container.
