The Little Moppet Foods Beetroot Banana Muffin Mix is a ready-to-use mix that can be steamed or baked. The pack consists of pre-mixed ingredients to make beetroot banana muffins without any hassle. These muffins make for a healthy snack option for all ages. It is suitable for children above the age of 1 year.
INGREDIENTS
Oats, Raw Kerala banana powder, Whole wheat flour, Beetroot powder
HOW TO USE
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon cooking oil.

Step 2. Add 20 grams of jaggery to the mix and whisk to combine.

Step 3. Add 40 grams of the Beetroot Banana Muffin Mix and mix well.

Step 4. If the batter appears too dry, add another tablespoon of milk.

Step 5. The muffins can be baked or steamed, according to the instructions below.

If steaming: Step 1. Grease 2 large or 3 small muffin cups with butter or ghee.

Step 2. Pour the muffin batter into the muffin cups.

Step 3. Place the muffin cups in a steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes on a medium flame.

If baking: Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Place 2-3 cupcake liners in a muffin pan, or grease it with butter or ghee.

Step 3. Pour the muffin batter into the muffin pan.

Step 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 20 minutes. The product has shelf life of 4 Months From Packing.
