Masala Dosa is a popular and authentic delicacy from Mysore in Karnataka. The recipe was developed in the royal kitchens of Mysore long ago. Dosa is a fermented crepe or a pancake made from cereals, rice and lentils. The original masala dosa is spread with a thick red chilly paste and filled with potato masala. This pack also contains a sachet of red masala to make the chilly paste. "Forgotten Foods" Masala Dosa is an instant mix, the dosa batter will be ready in just 5 minutes by adding water and sour curds. This pack of 400 grams dried powder can make 25 dosas to serve 5 people.

INGREDIENTS
Little millet, kodo millet, split blackgram, fenugreek, salt, cooking soda, edible vegetable fat (interesterified), sugar. Masala: Red chilly, coriander seed, tamarind, garlic, cumin, pepper, salt
HOW TO USE
Add 1 measure of MIX to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Mix the masala powder with water to form a consistent paste to spread on the dosa later. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1tbsp oil to the sides. Spread the masala paste on the dosa. Roast till golden brown on medium flame. Serve hot.
